Hi all: I have high speed! When we heard that high speed would be available all around us with Seaside we immediately called you to have our location tested. I spoke with an absolutely fantastic customer service rep named Zoe. Girl you rock!!!!!! We called on Friday and the next Wednesday we had high speed. No more taking half an hour to pay a bill on line; it now takes a minute. The kids love it for their homework and school projects too. We can also use our phone again; teenage boys are on the phone just as much as girls that age --trust me. Thank you so very much for the service. Isabelle, Antigonish County

Recently, three Seaside technicians came to my home to upgrade my firmware and to make changes to my antenna. I just wanted to let your company know that they were very nice, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. It seems rare to receive such friendly service these days. They not only fixed/upgraded my internet, but they also fixed my "911" sign at the end of the road with a couple of their twist-ties. (I've only been bugging my husband to do that for months now.) Can you please give them a pat on the back and thank them again for me? Those three gentlemen are obviously a good asset to the company!
