Seaside, you brought us back from the dead! All I can say is WOW, this is so amazing not to have to sit here and wait for a half hour just to check email. You are all so friendly and your work is fast and professional. Everyone is so important to you no matter how many times you call. Even if they have to tell you over and over they still have so much patience. People that are not yet hooked up and are pondering what to do, believe me you have nothing to lose. It’s all speed that you gain. Seaside we are overjoyed to be your customer. Keep up your great work because you are a company everyone can boast about. I know we do. Thanks for everything. 

Recently, three Seaside technicians came to my home to upgrade my firmware and to make changes to my antenna. I just wanted to let your company know that they were very nice, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. It seems rare to receive such friendly service these days. They not only fixed/upgraded my internet, but they also fixed my "911" sign at the end of the road with a couple of their twist-ties. (I've only been bugging my husband to do that for months now.)
